The HARDI New COMMANDER i-version 4400 and 6600 can now be delivered with a new TWIN FORCE boom with 32, 33 and 36 metre working widths.
The new HARDI series TWIN FORCE boom offers you an enormous working capacity at more than 50 ha/h, or 15 % more than the existing 30 metre TWIN FORCE. The active air assistant TWIN FORCE allows faster application speeds, without drift increase. Due to the use of smaller droplets, lower volume rates are possible without loss of good coverage and less crop penetration. This puts the New HARDI TWIN FORCE sprayer in a class of its own.
The new TWIN FORCE boom is a 2-folded hybrid boom in a three dimensional box section lattice design. The inner wings are made in steel and the outer wings in aluminium. The 32 and 33 metre versions are 17 metre wide, when half-folded, and the 36 version has a reduced working width of 18 metre.
A new heavy duty centre section with a high pendulum suspension and rubber dampers allows high driving speeds in the field. Two powerful axial fans produce a large amount of air. With the optimised air system a good air distribution is achieved over the complete working width.
