HARDI NAVIGATOR – The Obvious Choice
HARDI introduces the NAVIGATOR - the third new trailer line to be launched in HARDI’s global trailer concept. The NAVIGATOR fits in naturally between the RANGER and the COMMANDER series. Design focus has been on quality, ease of use, safety and value for money.
The new modern designed NAVIGATOR offers higher durability and more features than other sprayers in this class. The sprayer has been designed for the most demanding conditions in the world.
The NAVIGATOR can be equipped with the features that meet the expectations of the modern farmer. Features like IntelliTrack, adjustable axles, modern high capacity filters, suspension, advanced boom suspension etc.
Precise tracking with built-in safety
The IntelliTrack is a sophisticated steering drawbar concept, which offers a tight turning radius of only 6.0 m. A combination of advanced electronics, proportional valve and 2 large hydraulic cylinders ensures a safe, accurate tracking with a user-friendly operation. The system has a dynamic stability control – DEC - which e.g. locks the steering if the sprayer pilot attempts a 90 degree turn at 15 km/h.
New chemical filler with TurboDeflector
The new TurboFiller is a high-capacity induction hopper, which makes the filling of chemicals fast and easy. The unique TurboDeflector creates a powerful liquid circulation in the hopper and mixes all types of chemicals including powder quickly and safely. The capacity will set a new standard in the market.
Excellent clearance and with low centre of gravity
The heavy-duty NAVIGATOR chassis is designed for high-speed driving under the most demanding field and road conditions. The robust NAVIGATOR frame is made of high-tensile steel and ready to meet the tough demands of the professional farmer. The chassis concept offers the best compromise between excellent clearance and low centre of gravity.
The NAVIGATOR has a unique design with the drawbar fixed directly to the axle maintaining a short overall length of the machine, which ensures good driving stability and absorbs up and down forces at high-speed driving. The drawbar can be specified with either a fixed low- or a high-hitch version and fitted with the IntelliTrack steering drawbar.
High-capacity filter system
The liquid system of the NAVIGATOR has large dimensions in all valves, tubes and filters. The SIMA awarded EasyClean suction filter and the CycloneFilter on the pressure side have won various awards for their excellent design and performance. High safety standard for the operator as well as for the environment has been a major part in the development.
The comprehensive boom range comprises three boom types: EAGLE from 18 to 30 metre, DELTA from 18 to 28 metre and PRO from 12 to 18 metre.
The NAVIGATOR is available with two alternative sprayer computers - the HC 5500, which is an advanced computer used for sprayers equipped with IntelliTrack, and the more cost effective HC 2500. Both computers are modular and developed with user-friendly, logical menus and functions.
High investments to the NAVIGATOR line
Large investments have been made in robot welding and assembly facilities in the production in Denmark. The HARDI trailed range based on Functional design is completed from the RANGER, the COMMANDER and now the NAVIGATOR series.
